Two simple params (full card number, Activation or deactivation)

When using the Connex Card Activation endpoint, in order to receive a successful response, it requires a dateLastMaintained field that is required to be used from the Status API - Get Status V2 endpoint's response or from the Plastics Management API -connex\card.get response. Retrieve the following data value from either of those APIs response payload. This will help prevent activation of a plastic if it's in the process of being modified via another channel.
